About Prof. (Dr.) N. C. Dash

Former Head, P. G. Department of Population Studies, F. M. University, Odisha, he has more than 30 years of experience in social and development sectors and is an expert in training and capacity building activities in Medical Anthropology and Human Ecology. Dr. Dash was adjudged the Man of the Year (1995) by the American Biographical Institute, Carolina-27622, USA and later on received International Appreciation Certificate for Social Service (2000) by LIONS International President, USA. He has completed many projects and guided a number of doctoral scholars during his illustrious career. He has authored six books and published more than hundreds of articles in both national and international journals. He is a renowned consultant for research and communication initiatives of civil societies and corporate houses.
